• Begin with a test group: Select five to ten clients for your first deployment. Before expanding, take the time to learn the software, improve your procedures, and iron out any issues.
• Configure meaningful accents: An excessive number of accents produce noise. Too few people overlook important issues. Start cautiously and adjust based on your real experience.
Properly train your team: Every technician must be able to respond to alerts, use the RMM dashboard, and effectively leverage remote access features.
